Telesales Team Lead
An established business within the fire and security sector is looking for a Telesales Team Lead to manage and support a team of four.
This is a hands-on position split approximately 70% outbound calling, and 30% team management. You'll manage performance against agreed KPIs while personally generating qualified leads and booking appointments for the field sales team.
Essential Skills from the Telesales Team Leader:
* Drive or ambiton to lead a team. Prior experience mentoring.
* Previous telesales, telemarketing or outbound sales experience
* Confident making regular outbound B2B calls
* Experience working toward call, appointment, and sales targets.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Experience using CRM systems, email and Microsoft Office
Desirable skills from the Telesales Team Leader:
* Previous responsibility for managing a telesales or internal sales team.
* Experience monitoring performance against KPIs
* Lead generation and appointment-setting experience
