Location: Northampton (Office Based)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (OTE up to £40,000+)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm
1-hour unpaid lunch break

Our client, a successful and growing business based in Northampton, is looking for a driven Telesales Lead Generator to join their friendly and vibrant team. The Role
As a Telesales Lead Generator, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential customers, generating qualified appointments for Business Development Managers across both the North and South regions of the UK.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll spend much of your day on the phone, speaking with prospective clients, overcoming objections, and creating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact prospective clients via telephone to generate new business opportunities
Book qualified sales appointments for Business Development Managers
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads
Qualify business requirements and gather key customer information
Follow up on marketing campaigns and sales enquiries
Accurately update CRM systems and sales records
Work towards and exceed individual KPIs and targets
Represent the business professionally and positively at all times
About You
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a new business lead generation, telesales, appointment-setting or outbound sales role
Confident making a high volume of outbound calls
Resilient and thick-skinned with the ability to handle rejection positively
Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
Positive attitude with plenty of energy and enthusiasm
Comfortable working in a busy office environment
