Job Title: B2B Telesales Representative
Pay rate: £12.50ph - Monday to Friday

We specialise in providing fantastic customer service where clients can relax using their services, knowing that their exhibition, marketing campaign or product launch will be completely taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients using provided prospect lists, including warm leads, past customers, and web leads.
Handle inbound sales inquiries efficiently and professionally to maximize sales opportunities.
Identify opportunities to upsell on existing orders to maximize sales revenue.
Update the CRM system with detailed customer notes and interactions & maintain accurate records.
Assist with answering phones during busy periods and cover sales admin tasks.
Find suitable supplies and suppliers for non-standard requests from key customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
Oversee the sales process from order to completion, including calling customers for future orders.
Assist sales personnel with administrative tasks such as answering reception, phone, and emails.
Requirements:
Qualifications/Requirements
• Previous B2B telesales experience and a proven track record of sales performance.
• Ability and proven track record to develop and grow sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to recognize good sales opportunities and to develop new business.
• Excellent Networking Skill
