The Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team player with experience of working in a fast-paced environment to join our Telesales team.

The Telesales Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring high standards of appointment quality. This role involves controlling, monitoring, and reporting on the quality of calls and appointments booked by the Telesales Team. The successful candidate will also confirm each appointment with customers and gather feedback from Sales Consultants after each completed appointment.

Key Responsibilities as a Telesales Co-ordinator:

* Screening all outbound calls made by the Telesales team to ensure the appointment qualifies.

* Organisation, coordination, and route planning for all Sales Consultant’s diaries.

* Processing and approving of documentation relating to booked appointments and loading qualified appointments into the Company’s CRM system.

* Calling customers prior to booked appointments to confirm the details.

* Weekly meetings with Telesales Manager to review call quality and team performance.

* To measure the quality of appointments booked and subsequently sat by Sales Consultants, including obtaining feedback.

* To provide constant feedback to Telesales Manager about areas of improvement and possible coaching avenues.

* Assisting the Telesales Department with any other ad hoc tasks as requested.

Who we are looking for:

* Minimum of 1 year experience within Telecommunications, and knowledge of VOIP telephony solutions.

* Previous experience with diary co-ordination and route planning.

* Confident and proactive self-starter, who is unafraid to question and challenge.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders.

* Build rapport with customers easily over the telephone.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Good time keeping and organisational skills.

* Great attitude and discipline.

* Willing to learn new skills, adapt, and assist wherever needed.

* Microsoft office and experience with CRM systems. HubSpot experience is desirable, but not essential.
