Telesales Agent (Temp to Perm)

Full-Time | £13.00 - £14.00+ per hour DOE

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and confident Telesales Agent to join a friendly team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven telesales experience who enjoys building customer relationships, generating sales opportunities, and providing excellent customer service within a supportive office environment.

Working Hours

* Full-time position

* Standard hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

* Some flexibility can be offered around working hours

Key Responsibilities

* Making outbound telesales calls to existing and prospective customers

* Following up on sales leads and identifying new business opportunities

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

* Promoting products and services to maximise sales opportunities

* Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email

* Managing and responding to emails in a timely manner

* Providing administrative support to the sales team

* Ensuring all customer information and records are kept up to date within company systems

Requirements

* Previous telesales experience is essential

* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Previous administration and customer service experience

* Good computer literacy and confidence using office systems

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude

* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Salary

Between £13.00 - £14.00 per hour, depending on experience and suitability.
