Job Title: Telco/Unified Communications Account Manager

Location: Bristol - Hybrid

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 + £10,000 Bonus

Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

* Account Management: Manage a portfolio of small to medium business customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

* Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional services and solutions within existing accounts.

* Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations.

* Service Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.

* Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience: Proven experience in account management within the telecommunications or unified communications industry.

* Sales Acumen: Strong ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling within existing accounts.
