Role Overview:
As a Tekla Technician, you will be instrumental in the design and detailing of architectural metalwork using Tekla Structures software. Your expertise will ensure that designs are practical, cost-effective, and meet all engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed models and drawings for architectural metalwork projects using Tekla Structures.
* Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and specifications.
* Produce fabrication and assembly drawings for workshop production.
* Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
* Manage documentation related to design projects and maintain accurate records.
* Assist in the resolution of any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Tekla Technician, ideally within the architectural metalwork or related industry.
* Strong proficiency in Tekla Structures software.
* Excellent understanding of metal fabrication processes and engineering principles.
* Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with other departments.
