Kingspan have an exciting opportunity for a TED & IMS Coordinator to join our team based in Selby. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a competitive salary of £33,664 per annum.

As the TED & IMS Coordinator you will be coordinating and supporting the business on all aspects of compliance, environment, energy, quality, health & safety and wellbeing. You will be monitoring ISO standards, legislation, internal processes, communications and systems to ensure all responsibilities including requirements associated with Kingspan management systems (MS) are adhered to.

Responsibilities of our TED & IMS Coordinator:

Ensuring that activities are planned and designed to support the organisation's strategic vision and mission which drives MS and supporting programmes

Assisting in the management of company compliance, safety, health, wellbeing, environmental and energy improvement schemes

Assisting in the maintenance of the agreed processes for limiting MS business risks

Maintaining MS procedures and controlled documents and records

Conducting internal confirmation audits

Adopting the Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology when conducting non-conformity, accident or incident investigations

Monitoring, evaluating and reviewing existing, new and upcoming legislation and ensure that systems and procedures are in place to meet legal compliance

To coordinate training requirements including:

Identifying training needs based on business requirements

Reducing skills gaps

Promoting the growth of all employees across the business

Assisting individual employees in the maintenance and enhancement of their ideal employee profile

Preparation for promotions or roles that demand greater skills

Designing, scheduling and executing training programs

Monitoring and evaluating training to ensure continual improvement

What we are looking for in our TED & IMS Coordinator:

You will have:

Ability to follow instruction and schedules

Experience of working with various IT programs i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Open minded, with a ‘yearning to learn more’

Attention to detail, organised & methodical approach

Whilst not essential, the following would be of benefit:

Full driving licence

A professional qualification within the health & safety field (NEBOSH certificate or equivalent)

Previous experience working in a factory / manufacturing process environment

Familiarity with ISO standards such as 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.

Internal auditing & report writing skills

Previous experience of manufacturing, H&S, energy, environmental, training & document management systems
