Collaborate with Integration, Configuration, and Data teams to ensure build decisions align with architecture and standards.
Lead technical design reviews and ensure alignment to enterprise architecture, identity/access management, and data platforms.
Support issue resolution for complex defects, performance concerns, and integration failures.
Ensure operational support model is defined (monitoring, alerts, batch schedules, runbooks).
Experience Required

5+ years in HR/Workforce technology solutions with significant exposure to T&A/Scheduling platforms.
Strong integration and data-flow knowledge between Time, HR, Scheduling, and Payroll systems.
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills (technical and non-technical).
