Job Title: Technology Business Analyst

Location: Farringdon, London or Beeston, Nottingham

Salary Range:

London: £46,919 - £49,388

Nottingham: £42,227 - £44,449

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent Position - Housing Focused

We seek a passionate Housing Technology Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT Business Partner team. Bridge the gap between housing needs and cutting-edge solutions. Leverage your deep understanding of the housing sector and analyst skills to translate business challenges into actionable technology requirements.

In this pivotal role, you'll:

Champion Housing Tech Demand: Take the lead on capturing and analysing technology needs within the housing sector. Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to fully grasp their challenges and opportunities.
Tech Solutions Architect: Craft innovative solutions by identifying the ideal technology to meet business objectives. Capture and present functional analysis of various products.
Communication Catalyst: Facilitate workshops, fostering collaboration and clear communication across stakeholders. Influence key decision-makers with well-presented analytical insights.
Documentation Powerhouse: compose documentation to support demand submissions to validate the feasibility and impact of proposed technology solutions.
Policy to Tech Translator: Transform business processes and policies into clear, actionable technical requirements, shaping the future of housing technology.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:

Unmatched Housing Expertise: Deep understanding of the housing industry's unique challenges and opportunities. Prior experience within the sector is a
must.
Tech Savvy: Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.

Data Detective: Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations.
Governance Guru: A strong grasp of technology governance within the housing sector is essential.
Demand Champion: Experience in writing demand submissions, composing High-Level Requirements (HLRs), and conducting options appraisals.
Communication Master: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
Workshop Wizard: Proven workshop facilitation skills to foster collaborative understanding.
Project Management Acumen: A strong understanding of project management principles is a plus.
Change Champion: Experience managing business change and work packages within large-scale projects is a plus.
Technical Prowess: Experience in conducting functional analysis and producing technical specifications is a plus.
Documentation Dynamo: Ability to effectively document business analysis findings and evidence information.
Independent Operator: Ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritise, and execute tasks effectively under pressure.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation.
Team Player: Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
