Location: Norwich
Salary: Up to £35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Overtime & Uncapped Bonus Potential
Hours: 5-Day Working Week, Including Weekend Working on Rota

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently carrying out vehicle servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance
·Diagnosing vehicle faults and identifying additional repairs
·Completing mechanical repairs to a high standard
·Carrying out MOT testing where qualified
·Ensuring all work is completed safely and correctly
·Maintaining high standards of workmanship
·Working efficiently to maximise productivity and bonus potential
·Working as part of a professional and supportive workshop team
·Ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in a safe and satisfactory condition
 
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / MOT Tester with:
·NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair preferred
·Proven experience within an automotive workshop
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
·Excellent attention to detail
·Good mechanical knowledge
·Customer-focused approach
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Full UK driving licence
·MOT Tester licence desirable, but not essential
·Willingness to develop your technical knowledge, including EV technology
