Location: Guildford
Salary: Up to £34,000 Basic DoE & OTE (£43,000)
Hours: Monday - Friday (40 Hour week) Saturday Mornings on Rota. Full-Time, Permanent

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing, repairing and MOT testing vehicles while maintaining excellent technical and customer service standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Carrying out servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards
·Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults
·Conducting MOT tests (If Applicable)
·Completing vehicle examinations and health checks
·Carrying out road tests to diagnose faults and confirm repairs
·Keeping Service Advisors updated on work progress
·Maintaining accurate workshop records
·Keeping your technical knowledge up to date through regular training
About You
We're looking for someone with:
·NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
·Valid MOT Tester Licence (Desired not Essential)
·Previous experience within a franchised dealership
·Strong diagnostic and technical skills
·Excellent mechanical knowledge
·Good communication and customer service skills
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Full UK Driving Licence
·A professional, self-motivated approach
