Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of our Leominster based client who require a Technician to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is an ideal opportunity for a capable, hardworking individual to join their small, focused team.
The client is willing to consider fully trained and competent candidates as well as those mechanically minded candidates with a willingness to learn who are hoping to start a career as a Technician.
What you can expect with this role:
* Pay rate: £12 - £14 per hour, depending on experience
* Working hours: 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (37.5hour week)
* Full training provided as required
What you will be doing:
* Servicing the vehicles
* Internal and external repairs
* Pre-delivery vehicle checks
* Interior and accessory fittings
* Gas, electrical, and damp testing
What we are looking for:
* A good practical background or ability to ‘use their hands'
* Good customer co-working skills
* Good technical skills and ability to solve problems
* Previous mechanical experience on engine and mechanical components
* Experienced candidates will be expected to have a proven background as a technician
