????️ Role Overview: As a Technical/Commissioning Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all technical processes and associates while working on various projects. From installation to maintenance, you'll utilize your technical skills to ensure project success and maintain high service levels for our clients.
???? Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee projects of all sizes, from survey through to completion
* Provide support and mentorship to engineering staff
* Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and sub-contractors
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
* Take ownership of tasks and see projects through to completion
* Travel to various locations, including some European travel
* Have a positive outlook on working outside regular hours
* Generate ideas for business improvement
???????? Qualifications & Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in the security systems industry
* Strong knowledge of software systems, client/server architectures, and compatibility requirements
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage change and pass on information effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
* Full UK Driving Licence
