Technical Webcast Producer and Live Streaming Engineer (Contract)
Day Rate - £100- £250
Contract – 6 months (Potential for permanent role)

Role Overview:
You will join one of the UK's most award-winning streaming media services with over 400 clients around the world. You will work Hybrid from our office in London to work on our exciting new project starting in May. The project is on site in London for a 6-month fixed term contract (5 days per week Monday-Friday). There is a possibility to extend the contract and perhaps for the position to become permanent.
Requirements:
3 years professional live streaming experience in a fast-paced work environment
Teams Live Event, Zoom Webinar, or Webex Webinar experience
VMix vision mixing or equivalent software, (Wirecast, Tricaster etc).
Good understanding of live online video streaming.
Comfortable dealing with clients both on video and on phone.
Effectively manage their own time and priorities.
Understanding of broadcast signal workflows and routing. - Windows OS, Office Suite (Excel), Google Suite
Managing encoders, audio and video feeds, slide synchronisation, Q&A Moderation and Polls.
In house monitoring of webcast rehearsals and live events.
Streaming and management of Microsoft Teams Event functions including input, configuration from external sources (including NDI)
An understanding of streaming protocols SRT, RTMP and HLS. · Experience vison mixing VIRTUAL and HYBRID EVENTS.
Use of live interactive / polling software like Vevox or Slido. · Windows OS troubleshooting and proficiency.
