Are you passionate about automotive technology and enjoy sharing your knowledge? Our client’s purpose-built training academy in Daventry is looking for an experienced
Technical Trainer to join their team, delivering cutting-edge training on diagnostics and vehicle electrification.
Have you worked for Ford, Vauxhall or BMW dealerships? If so, this could be the perfect role for you to develop your career and support technicians through Qualified, Senior, and Master curriculums in a state-of-the-art facility.

* Up to £43,000 per annum (£830 per week) plus a performance bonus of up to 5%

What you’ll be doing
* Deliver engaging, high-quality classroom, workshop, and virtual training sessions
* Translate technical content into clear learning materials focusing on diagnostics and repair
* Build strong relationships with technicians, dealer networks, and brand partners
* Assess technician competence and contribute to quality assurance
What you need to succeed
* Proven automotive technical background in service or diagnostics, with strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems
* Prior training or coaching experience and excellent communication skills
* Relevant qualifications including EV/high-voltage desirable
* Valid clean driving licence and willingness to travel
