Are you an experienced Technical Support Team Leader looking for a new challenge? ???? We have an exciting opportunity with our client, a leading manufacturing organisation, in need of a skilled individual to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities: ????

Lead the technical support team, ensuring efficient picking, packing, and quality of all orders ????
Conduct inspections of products and repairs, either on-site or in-house ????️
Oversee adherence to timelines, processes, and procedures in the QC area ⏰
Assist in maintaining risk assessments and health & safety documentation ????
Take an active role in assembly procedures, developing test methods for new products ????
Strip assemblies down to component parts & conduct precise measurements to maintain product tolerance ⚖️
Manage customer complaints, returns, and replacements to ensure complete satisfaction ????
Support with installations and occasionally travel for inspections abroad ✈️Skills: ✅

Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or fabrication ????
Proficiency in torque wrenches, micrometres, bore gauges, and other fitting and inspection tools ????
Experience in setting up and running a production line is advantageous ????
