???? £30,000 – £35,000 + Bonus
⏰ Monday–Friday | 39-hour week

???? The Role
You’ll be the go-to person for customers needing:
✅ Technical support
✅ Product advice
✅ Troubleshooting assistance
You’ll work closely with installers, fabricators, and contractors — helping them solve problems, configure systems, and get the best from a wide range of products.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll build strong relationships and become a true product specialist.

✔ Experience in CCTV / access control / gate automation / security systems
✔ Background in installation, commissioning, technical support or engineering
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
✔ Confident communicator who can explain technical solutions clearly
