Are you currently in a technical role within the construction industry such as building surveyor, asset management or construction project manager?

In this role you will be tasked with ensure that all projects that are undertaken by the company are operating at the highest level of quality. You will work as a consultant and advisory to organisations to ensure the best possible service is being offered.
You will also be tasked with growing the regional alongside other members of the team by looking at commercial opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have worked in the construction environment as a building survey, asset manager or construction project management and have worked within the public sector or housing associations.

The role:
*Take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction based projects.
*Work as a consultant/ advisor for clients.
*To identify contractors and suppliers with the best capability to deliver construction based projects.
*Home based role covering the Midlands area.
The person:
*Have a technical experience from a construction background
*Candidates can have a surveying, asset management or construction project management background etc
*Have had exposure to local authorities or housing associations
*Live in the Midlands area
