Seeking a Technical Support Team Member in the FMCG industry, located in Camberley. This role involves providing technology support and helping to maintain and improve the IT infrastructure.

Description
Provide first line support for IT-related queries and issues
Assist in maintaining and improving the IT infrastructure
Work collaboratively with the technology team to troubleshoot problems
Help in the implementation of new systems and technologies
Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance
Ensure all IT policies and procedures are adhered to
Support the training of staff on new technologies
Contribute to IT projects within the organisationProfile
A successful Technical Support Team Member should have:
Knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to work well in a team
A proactive attitude and the ability to take initiativeJob Offer
A day rate of £120 - £140 per day- Part time work. 3 x days per week, 4 hours per day
The opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environmentHybrid working has been agreed , you will be needed in the office 1 x day per week.
