Technical Support Engineer (Air-Conditioning & Chillers) - west London, UK (with option of hybrid/homeworking)
(MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING PRODUCT SELECTION SOFTWARE AND PRODUCT PRICING/SALES TOOLS)
A new vacancy for a Technical Support Engineer (Air-Conditioning & Chillers) with European division of leading global manufacturer of high-efficiency heating & cooling products. Based at the company's offices in the west London / Middlesex area, the Technical Support Engineer (Air-Conditioning & Chillers) will be responsible for providing technical support to its distributors, consultants and end users in the UK and Europe. Candidates should have an engineering qualification in a relevant technical discipline (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc), with at least 2yrs experience working with VRF/VRV and/or Refrigeration products in a role that has involved supporting customers and/or distributors.
Key requirements:
Relevant Engineering qualification (such as HVAC/R, Mechanical Engineering, etc)
Technical experience with VRF/VRV air-conditioning and/or Chillers/Refrigeration systems (2yrs+)
Experience using PRODUCT SELECTION SOFTWARE AND PRODUCT PRICING/SALES TOOLS
Fluent English, both oral and written
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Multi-tasking
Knowledge of other European language(s) would also be an advantage
Business trips to Europe will be required occasionally
