Technical Support Engineer - Stonehouse
Context Recruitment is excited to be working with a leading Telecommunications company. The company, who offers a wide range of services including Connectivity, Communications and IT services to their customers are going through a significant growth trajectory including a round of investment.
Working in a fast paced yet rewarding environment you'll be responsible for providing 2nd Line support to a variety of different customers across the UK. You'll be working alongside an experienced and technically driven team where service levels are a priority; you'll need be posses excellent relationship building skills with the ability to resolve issues inline with SLAs.
Further responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd Line support, resolving issues or escalating when required
Provisioning of new services or managing requests for moves/adds/changes
Delivering IT estate and quality audits to ensure customers are compliant
Constantly develop your technical skill set to grow within the business
Requirements:
Experience working in a 1st/2nd Line role, ideally within the telecoms/IT services industry
Experience supporting Microsoft Desktop
Experience in administering/supporting Windows Server (2008/2012/2016)
Experience in administering/supporting Office 365, including user and license administration, any knowledge of Office 365 migrations would be highly advantageous
Experience with VOIP technologies
Experience with Exchange (2007/2010/2016)
Any experience with cloud solutions including Azure and 365
