Technical Support Engineer Responsibilities
Act on technical support and customer inquiries via phone and email.
Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.
Conduct software and hardware testing.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.
Provide accurate information to customers and log feedback on the CRM.
Technical Support Engineer Skills & Experience Required
Working knowledge of electronics and IT/networking.
Minimum two years’ experience in Technical Support.
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships.
Fluency in French or Spanish is desirable.
