Technical Support Consultant
Opportunity to provide technical support over the telephone and in-person. Providing technical solutions across mobile, voice and data networks. Assisting with new projects, new orders, identifying and resolving technical issues and faults.
Key Responsibilities;
* Problem-solving (eg hardware/software issues and connectivity)
* Liaison with network providers
* Provisioning telephone systems
* Activating mobile phones including SIM management/installation
* Customer services
