Description:
A reactive technical support role, working within my clients drylining and flooring division. Handling incoming enquiries and requests for technical information from both the sales team and their customers, who include architects, house builders, main contractors, subcontractors and builders.
Package: £27k-£35k basic, plus 10% bonus scheme, 24 days holiday and company pension scheme
Location: Sutton Coldfield
THE ROLE – Technical Support Advisor:
* Working as a product specialist out of my clients UK head office in Sutton Coldfield
* A reactive technical support role, working within my clients drylining and flooring division
* Handling incoming enquiries from both the sales team and their customers
* Customers ringing in for product support and technical advice will include architects, house builders, main contractors, subcontractors and builders
* You will work alongside a very established and knowledgeable team, and full product and technical training will be provided
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Technical Support Advisor:
* My client is fully expecting to train the successful person on their products, and the technical information required to carry out the role
* Ideally though you will already have some practical construction experience
* With a logical approach to situations and good at problem solving
* You will also be professional and articulate with first class communication skills
