Quality personnel are currently looking for a technical support administrator to join our growing client based in Kingston, Milton Keynes.
Please note our client is a financial services company and candidates would need to be able to pass a credit check.
* System administration
* Log and take ownership of incidents, problems and changes to the service desk
* Technical 1st and 2nd line support
* Asset management of the companies IT equipment
* Manage and maintain the order management process
Competencies required;
* Windows Operating Systems Windows Desktop, 7, 10,11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, Anti-Virus Software, MS Office 2016, MS 365, Remote Access Tools, VPN - Essential.
* SharePoint, SAP, Citrix, VMWare, Veritas Backup Exec - Basic knowledge
* Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Groups) - Basic knowledge
