Description:
Fantastic opportunity to work for a global manufacturing and providing business based in Ely. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Technical Support team and Sales Teams with a focus on technical returns across Europe. The role is working at the UK office based in Ely. Hours of work pm Monday - Friday (hybrid working available). Very good English skills are required for this role and ideally you will be able to speak another European language (German, Swedish, French).
Duties will include:
* Providing admin support to the technical and sales team
* Speaking with customers via the phone and email
* Providing quotations for customers
* Processing repair cases, materials and orders
* Liaising with different sites in Europe
* Following up on returns cases and providing status updates to customers
Experience/skills required:
* Previous experience in a customer focussed commercial role
* Some work experience in a technical field of work
* Attention to details when processing orders and returns
* Experience of working with ERP systems
* Very good English skills are required for this role and ideally you will be able to speak another European language (German, Swedish, French).
* Excellent written skills
* Service orientated mindset
* High attention to detail
Hours of work:
8.00 - 4.30pm - Hybrid working available
