Up to £90,000 + Package

A well-established Tier 1 main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their growing London team.

The business has a strong track record delivering complex commercial fit out and refurbishment projects, working with a range of high-profile clients across London.

This is a hands-on technical role where you will have significant responsibility across the MEP delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The Role

Take ownership of MEP technical delivery across projects

Manage MEP design, technical queries and design development

Attend and lead client/design team meetings and MEP workshops

Manage technical submittals, drawings, RFIs and TQs

Work closely with MEP subcontractors, consultants and site teams

Assist with design and construction programmes

Lead MEP commissioning and handover activities

Review and level MEP subcontractor quotations

Provide technical input into tenders and pre-construction

Support the wider project team through to successful completion

About You

We're looking for someone with:

Strong MEP / Building Services background

Experience working for a main contractor or specialist subcontractor

Proven experience within commercial fit out, refurbishment or similar projects

Strong technical and pre-construction experience

Good understanding of both mechanical and electrical services

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

The ability to take ownership and work autonomously
