The Role
As the Technical Services Manager (Fabric), you’ll:
• Oversee maintenance teams dedicated to fabric and decorating.
• Manage the organisation of planned maintenance and allocate works effectively.
• Handle small building fabric projects with budgets up to £50k.
• Liaise with senior management on budgets and timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety standards when managing contractors.
You
To be successful in the role of Technical Services Manager (Fabric), you’ll bring:
• Relevant experience in building fabric management or maintenance.
• Strong organisational and team management skills.
• Ability to handle project budgets and liaise with senior management.
• Qualification in Carpentry/Joinery.
• Capability to pass a DBS check.
