This is a rare opportunity for an Air Conditioning biased Technical Manager, to join one Scotland's most renown M&E service providers!
The role will be based out of offices in Glasgow or Edinburgh, depending on your locality, with regular travel to site.

The Role of the Technical Services Manager will be:
* Management of a number of key clients across the maintenance portfolio
* Supervision of PPM and reactive maintenance schedules across the central belt of Scotland
* Technical support to a team of Air Conditioning engineers
* Tendering for contracts and project work
* Dealing with pricing and quotes
* Project Management for small works, management of subcontractors for bigger projects
* Site audits, engineer audits
* HR duties - overseeing training etc for engineers
The Technical Services Manager will have:
* Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
* FGAS qualification
