We are currently working with a market leading main contractor with a turnover of £1 billion who are looking to engage with an experienced Technical Services Manager for a high value data centre in Slough.
The project in question is in early phases and you will be overseeing the M&E Contractors throughout a technical preconstruction period then delivering the construction phases over the next 2-3 years. My client also has a variety of other live and upcoming schemes across sectors in and around London with an order book stretching to 2030 so far.
