Technical Services Manager
Knightsbridge, London
£85,000+Package
We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a Main Contractor in London in their Prime Residential Division. As the name suggests, this division work on some of the most high end residential projects in London delivering some absolutely mind blowing homes.
Due to winning a new project in Knightbridge, they are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team to take the reins on this one. We have been asked to find someone with the following skills and experience:
* Experience of working with a Main Contractor as a Technical Services Manager, Building Services Manager or MEP Project Manager
* Experience of working on ultra high end residential or hotel projects
* Knowledge of Saunas/Spa’s and similar
* Experience of working with consultants from precon through to managing delivery, commissioning and handover
This is a permanent role with one of the top companies in this space. Current market trends with London Construction show that ultra high end one off residential projects continue to show steady growth compared to other sectors over the last few years, so this is an opportunity which represents stability with a business who have been consistently at the top of the tree in this space
