Technical Services Manager – London
Up to £85,000 + Package
An established high end residential main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join the team on a prestigious project in Central London.
This is an opportunity to join a live project that is well progressed, taking ownership of the MEP package through the final stages of delivery, including second fix, commissioning and handover. The successful candidate will work on a high-specification scheme where attention to detail and quality are paramount.
The Role
Manage the MEP package from the current stage through to Practical Completion
Coordinate specialist MEP subcontractors and consultants
Drive programme, quality assurance and commissioning activities
Oversee technical coordination between services and architectural finishes
Work closely with the project team to ensure a successful delivery
Maintain strong client and consultant relationships throughout the project
Requirements
Mechanical or Electrical background
Experience as a Technical Services Manager or Building Services Manager with a main contractor
Proven track record delivering projects through second fix, commissioning and handover
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Experience on high-end commercial, hospitality, residential or fit-out projects would be advantageous

Salary up to £85,000
