We are looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a privately owned, well-run, ambitious and growing Principle Contractor, based near Maidenhead, Berkshire
The company deliver Construction Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Wiltshire and Buckinghamshire
Clients span the Light Industrial, Commercial Office, Formula 1 and NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £12 million.
The company is expanding as they continue to win new projects, and due to that growth they are now looking to secure the services of a Commercially savvy,Technical Services Manager.
Based on site, and the company office near Maidenhead, as a Technical Services Manager you will be taking ownership for a range of M&E packages within a range of Interior Fit Out and New Build Construction Projects.
Technically strong, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of taking ownersehip of MEP Packages from Tender phase on High End Commercial Office Fit Out and/or New Build Commercial Office Projects in the UK .
They will have worked for a Tier One Contractor or specialist M&E Subcontractor.
The right person will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £70k to £85k + car/car allowance, medical , pension, 25 days annual leave and a profit related bonus
