Description:
Our Kettering based client is seeking an experienced full time permanent Technical Services Manager to join their team. The working hours for the is position are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 with an on-call requirement of 1 in 6.
The Technical Service Manager is a varied management role combining technical leadership, engineer coordination, operational planning and customer relationship management. Working closely with the Directors, you will oversee engineering teams, coordinate installations and maintenance, maintain quality and compliance standards, and help drive service delivery and business development. Playing a key role in the day-to-day running and future growth of the business.
To be considered for the Technical Service Manager role you will have strong technical knowledge and experience from a similar role, alongside excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills. You will be confident managing engineers, resolving technical issues and building positive customer relationships.
