Are you experienced in renewable energy sales, looking for an influential role with a strong base salary and uncapped commission?
Do you want a management role, where you will have full flexibility on your sales strategy, utilising sales engineers, and a sales budget to drive financial growth?
On offer is a chance to join a reputable renewable energy company, looking to uphold their reputation and expand their workload. They design and install renewable energy solutions - ranging from Solar PV, Heat Pumps, Battery Storage and EV Chargers on a domestic and commercial level. They are looking for a dedicated sales manager to drive the company forward and expand the sales team.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Solar PV sales, looking for role where they have full freedom on sales strategies to drive financial growth and expand the sales team. It is preferred that you have some form of leadership experience as you will be managing an ever-expanding team.
This is the perfect opportunity to earn excellent, uncapped commission, as well as having an influential say in how the company's sales strategy is shaped.
The Role:
Technical sales, expanding the domestic side of the company to promote renewable energy systems (Sola PV, Battery, and Heat Pump Sales)
Management of sales team
Development of sales strategy
Expanding sales team through hiring.
Commission and base salary.
Hybrid WorkingThe Candidate:
Experience in Solar PV Sales
Leadership experience
Heat Pump Experience preferable.
