Technical Sales Manager – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems
Job Title: Technical Sales Manager – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems
Area to be covered: National
Remuneration: £50,000 negotiable depending on experience +£15,000 bonus
Benefits: company car or car allowance & comprehensive benefits package
The role of the Business Development Manager – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems will involve:
* Field sales position selling a high quality range of roofing & waterproofing systems such as; single play membranes, felt systems, hot & liquid applied waterproofing, ancillary and accessories
* All of your time will be spent selling to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants such as; Jewsons, MKM and IBNG
* As the role progressing looking at targeting specifiers and contractor
* Targeted to turnover circa £2.5-£3m
* Good blend of account management and new business
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager – Roofing & Waterproofing Systems with:
* Must have sold a similar building envelope or roofing solution such as; guttering, roof tiles, insulation, flat roofing, pitched roofing, cladding, facades etc
* Must have sold to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors building surveyors and roofing distributors / merchants
* Ideally have contractors and specification experience
* Genuine ‘get up and go’, hungry and desire to earn
* Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic
