Location: Darrington, West Yorkshire
Salary: £33,000-£35,000 base (OTE £45,000-£52,000) Uncapped Earning Potential
Hours: Monday to Friday, days (flexibility required)

The Company
Interaction Technical is recruiting on behalf of a well-established agricultural and groundcare machinery supplier. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Technical Area Sales Manager to develop existing customer relationships and drive new business across the region.
This opportunity would suit either an experienced machinery salesperson or someone with a strong agricultural background looking to transition into a sales-focused role.

The Role
Sell new and used agricultural machinery within a designated territory
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Manage sales activity through the company CRM system
Conduct machinery demonstrations and product presentations
Advise customers on finance solutions
Coordinate machinery deliveries and after-sales support
Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities
Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in machinery or equipment sales
Strong understanding of agricultural machinery and farming practices
Previous agricultural machinery sales experience desirable
Excellent communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
Commercially driven with a proactive approach to winning business
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales software
Full UK driving licence
Flexible and professional approach to work
