Technical Sales Manager
Location: Covering the North of England, so you will be located ideally in Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 D.O.E + Open ended bonus structure
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.00
Working Model: Remote

You will be developing a new patch and will immediately inherit some warm clients and projects which are already in the process in your area.

About The Role
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will have the following responsibilities:
* You will proactively seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with existing and previous customers.
* Targeting main contractors & end-user clients.
* You will focus on outreach, generating supply and install sales enquiries.
* Discover and establish new specifications and identify potential projects.
* To visit and build relationships with consultant engineers, councils and agencies with a view to gaining specifications and promoting the full product range.
What are we looking for in our new Technical Sales Manager?
* Experience working in building materials sales.
* Ability to demonstrate understanding of the construction application and requirements of the customer and then identify the appropriate products for the specific application.
* Ability to work smart, research, identify, and act on data.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced enthusiastic environment.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Tenacious and a liking for cold calling.
* Dealing with a wide range of order values.
