Technical Sales Manager – Advanced Composites
Join a specialist engineering and manufacturing business delivering high-performance polymer and composite components into automotive, aerospace, motorsport and industrial sectors.
The Role
* Drive new business and grow key customer accounts
* Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to contract award
* Work closely with engineering teams to deliver tailored, technically-led solutions
* Develop pipeline, forecasts and sales strategy across target markets
* Act as a technical advisor to customers on composite and polymer solutions
What We’re Looking For
* Background in technical sales within composites, polymers or advanced manufacturing
* Strong understanding of composite materials, injection moulding or engineered components
* Experience selling into sectors such as automotive, aerospace or industrial
* Commercially focused with a consultative sales approach
