Technical Sales Executive 
Kidlington
Circa £35,000 plus bonus
We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive to work for a fabulous family-owned company in Kidlington.  This is a full-time, office-based position with a salary in the region of £35000 + 5% company bonus.
As a Technical Sales Executive for this company, you would be joining a sales team of 6.  Paired with a very knowledgeable and successful member of the team your geographic territory will be in the West of England.  This role is to bring a consultative approach to the sales process, increasing product sales and making recommendations to existing clients and converting warm leads to new business.
The company itself is a small/medium model that has doubled in growth since the pandemic and is on target to double again this financial year.  They are a friendly and sociable group, that welcome diversity, so anyone with the correct skill set, attitude and interest is very welcome.  They frequently play squash on a Friday lunchtime, organise other team outings such as bowling and there is the odd football/rugby enthusiast within the team.  They have annual Christmas and Summer events that everyone gets involved in.  You would be entitled to a generous benefits package to include, 22 days holiday, plus your birthday off, 3 days at Christmas and charity days. Technical Sales Executive duties (to include but not exhaustive)

Consultative selling to existing and potential customers, by qualifying sales leads (mostly warm not cold calls)
Providing sales information and demonstrations to customers
Organising quotations and samples/evaluations
Work as an equal team member to manage a geographical sale territory.You would have,

A proven track record in B2B sales preferably manufacturing (selling adhesives and/or equipment to end users an advantage)
A Science, Engineering or Technology background with excellent aptitude for understanding technology.
Excellent communication skills on all platforms and be comfortable with using the phone as a proactive sales tool.
The ability to form and maintain professional relationships.
A willingness and ability to learn about technical products with help and training from the onsite Learning and Development manager.
