Description:
Logical Personnel Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company in Doncaster.
We require a Technical Sales & Estimator on a permanent contract.
Essentially you will need:
* Experience in a sales/key account management role
* Experience producing quotations
* Fantastic attention to detail
* Conversant in Microsoft packages
* High customer service skills
The role:
You will be part of the overall sales and marketing team where you will be responsible for processing quotations, tenders, key account management, internal sales and customer service. You will work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to deliver key sales KPI's to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Duties include:
* Analyse customer enquiries
* Prompt and accurate quote generation
* Regular liaison with the customer base
* Relaying information across planning, sales and purchasing
* Submitting tenders
* Customer Account Management
* Creation of accurate manufacturing job cards
* Customer liaison and communication, pre & post sales
* Technical Support
* Liaison with purchasing, including cost analysis
* Identify and log new orders onto the production plan
* Adhere to and meet all project deadlines
This role is varied and would suit someone with previous sales and estimating experience within a manufacturing environment.
