Position: Technical Sales Engineer – Southwest UK Region
Location: Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Somerset, Cornwall, Wiltshire, South Wales
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Hybrid/EV Car + Private Medical + Comprehensive Benefits Package
Are you a dynamic sales professional seeking a new challenge in the thriving Southwest UK region?
My client is one of the world leading OEMs of Metal Cutting Tools who are offering an exciting opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer to take ownership of this territory and drive success.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and expand core accounts within GL, SN, NP, BA, BS, DT & TA postcodes.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Utilise in-depth knowledge of CNC machines to offer process solutions and optimizations.
* Conduct customer visits to promote products effectively.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a multi-skilled Machinist, Applications Engineer, or Sales Engineer.
* Proficiency in demonstrating technical solutions and benefits to clients.
* Strong customer service skills and ability to handle objections.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet Service Level Agreements.
* Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel
Salary & Benefits:
* Competitive basic salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.
