Technical Sales Engineer
What if your next sales role gave you an established customer base and a genuinely blank canvas to grow?
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to strengthen existing customer relationships while opening doors for new products and markets. You’ll inherit a solid platform, established relationships and a portfolio of products within access floors — but the exciting part is what you can build from there.
You’ll spend around 2–3 days a week out meeting customers, developing opportunities and bringing new business back into the business. The remainder will be spent working closely with the team, managing your pipeline and turning opportunities into sales.
The role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys the freedom of an SME environment — someone who can spot an opportunity, pick up the phone, knock on a door and make things happen without waiting for a corporate machine to do it for them.
You’ll need proven B2B field sales experience, a full UK driving licence and the confidence to develop relationships at all levels. Experience selling construction-related products is useful, but the ability to open doors and win business matters most.
There’s also real upside: new product ranges, diversification into new sectors and international opportunities mean you’ll have plenty to go after.
