Technical Sales Consultant
Location: Nantwich
Salary: £35,000 basic + Uncapped OTE £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing specialist business looking for a commercially driven Technical Sales Consultant to help customers identify the right technical solution for their requirements.
This is a consultative sales role where you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert technical advice and recommend the most appropriate products and solutions. You'll become a trusted adviser throughout the sales process, combining excellent customer service with strong commercial awareness to deliver outstanding results.

The Role
Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completed order, building strong relationships throughout.
Understand customer requirements, provide technical advice, prepare quotations and recommend the most suitable solution.
Manage your own sales pipeline, proactively following up enquiries and using the CRM system to maximise conversion rates.
Process orders accurately and work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
About You
Experience within technical sales, internal sales, engineering sales, construction products, manufacturing, building products or another consultative sales environment.
Confident discussing technical products or solutions and able to quickly understand customer requirements.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and engaging way.
Commercially driven, organised and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Motivated by achieving sales targets while delivering first-class customer service.
