PURPOSE OF JOB:
Primarily to support the recruitment function with the introduction of high calibre candidates across all tech related fields including, development, support, infrastructure, programming and transformation, but also to support recruitment in no tech fields to the business through active and passive sourcing. To provide high standards of advice, training, and support to hiring managers on recruitment practices and trends and to provide a positive and consistent candidate experience to all Bytes applicants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* To source candidates directly and through relevant channels including CV Search, LinkedIn, business connections and agency.
* To engage with the relevant business managers around the needs of the organisation.
* To manage the external recruitment process for relevant roles within the business and offer help and advice to managers involved in recruitment process.
* To uphold and maintain correct recruitment processes and standards.
* To ensure the company has the right tools to help secure candidates
INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Working with recruitment tools/services to find high calibre candidates for Bytes.
* Writing all recruitment advertisements for relevant channels.
* Telephone screening of candidates to short list, engaging with the Head of HR where necessary for additional input or testing.
* Working with the recruitment coordinator to manage relevant diaries for interview scheduling
* To attend IT Industry Events and Seminar to Market Bytes as a company of choice for employees
* To work closely with the Recruitment Manager, Head of HR & Marketing on Advertising and Social Media activity
* To ensure Recruitment System is up to date with relevant candidate details.
* To build a pipeline of candidates for future growth of the business or a “Talent Pool”
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
Educated to a good standard with English Language & Grammar - ESSENTIAL
Professional Qualifications
Professional Accreditation in either REC or CIPD - DESIRABLE
Years of Experience
Minimum 5 years IT Technical Recruitment experience - ESSENTIAL
Other Requirements
* Previous experience in Recruitment Resourcing
* Skilled in the use of Social Media and Marketing tools to promote business
* Intermediate Excel, Word & Outlook Essential
* Previous use of automated HR / Recruitment Systems advantageous
