Technical Project Manager
Role Purpose
The Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of the customers Active Directory (AD) Trust implementation and Microsoft 365 tenant migration. The role is accountable for coordinating internal teams, delivery partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders to ensure delivery is planned, governed, communicated and executed in accordance with business objectives, agreed milestones, and project governance standards.

Essential Experience
* Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure, cloud, and Microsoft 365 transformation projects.
* Experience managing large-scale Microsoft 365 tenant migrations.
* Experience coordinating Active Directory, identity, and authentication projects.
* Demonstrable success managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
* Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management experience.
* Experience managing projects through full lifecycle delivery from initiation to closure.
Technical Knowledge
* Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
* Active Directory and identity management concepts.
* Tenant-to-tenant migration methodologies.
* Project governance and delivery frameworks.
* Risk, issue, dependency and change management processes.
* Testing and deployment lifecycle management.
