Up to £35,000 plus benefits

Job role/duties

· Answer calls coming into the technical office and provide advice and support for existing and prospect customers

· Answer and action emails into the technical inbox as required

· Support with product enquiries both internally and externally with a wide range of customer types

· Monitor & replenish sample stock

· Measure & mix up render samples ready for application

· Attend customer training days and provide practical demonstrations on product use

· Ensure product database is accurate and up to date

· Use MS Office daily as well as inhouse database

· Liaise with internal departments and assist where required

To be considered for this role you MUST:

· Have worked as a plasterer or similar using wet product or lime render

· Have a good standard of computer ability

· Be numerate and literate

· Have excellent verbal & written communication skills

· Be a confident communicator face to face and over the phone

· Drive and have your own transport
