ROLE: Technical Product Manager
LOCATION: Eurocell Technical centre
SALARY: £35,000-£40,000 plus company car and benefits
HOURS: 40 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Technical Team as a Technical Product Manager to manage and support the workshop Technical Assistants in the L&D Centre including ordering materials. The duties may involve product training on the Eurocell Building Plastics product ranges.

WHAT OUR TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER WILL DO:

Manage workshop Technical Assistants
Ordering materials
Resolving any escalated issues regarding stock and deliveries
Carry out product training to staff as and when required to increase product knowledge
Inspect and survey properties and organise remedial action
Records and reports produced as required
Queries logged from installers, householders, architects and internal sources.
Ensure team compliance training is up to date and recorded as requiredWHAT WE NEED FROM OUT TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER:

Excellent communicator
Exceptional attention to detail and evidence of checking accuracy of team outputs
Strong analytical report writing skills
Experience of managing others
Resource planning experience
Able to problem solve and implement solutions at team level
Must have a full driving licence and be willing to travel with overnight stays when necessaryWHAT WE OFFER:
