Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Role overview:
Ensure the delivery of effective Permit control across Mechanical Services Maintenance, Electrical Services Maintenance, infrastructure maintenance and Fabric inspections within the contract. Review and Audit compliance within the contract deliverables and KPIs ensuring that the company are compliant in respect of Permit to Work  across all sites for self-delivery, supply chain and projects. Proactively auditing the self-delivery and supply chain delivery across the contract in respect of Key KPI’s and Statutory Legislation. Lead and manage the Account Permit Team in relation to all aspects of people management and service delivery

What you’ll do:
To lead and develop the maintenance team through effective communication, training, and development, to ensure compliance across the estate.
Oversee and manage the Permit Process to support the progress of the planned maintenance and remedial works, while ensuring Permits  are in place for all works
To lead the account interactions with the ETWOSA process and be the central support and Centre of Excellence for all stakeholders both internally and externally in all Permit related matters managing the Permit team to ensure we are consistent and compliant in all Permit submissions
To review and audit works across the account to ensure they are completed to the satisfaction of the customer, regulatory authorities and meet the contract KPI’s with a proactive approach to review
To provide an overall view of the ETWOSA compliance across the Account and be able to demonstrate an audit trail and monitoring of compliance in relation to the ETWOSA process.
Monitor risk through appropriate risk management including but not limited to Commercial, H&S and Operational risks, highlighting to the Compliance Manager when relevant.
Working in unison with key stakeholders across the account to monitor maintenance performance and to ensure continuity and compliance across the estate.
Own, maintain and lead all initiatives in relation to ETWOSA by identifying and implementing ways in which services can be improved to maximise value and minimise cost, risk and downtime.
Effective use of CAFM, EMMA, AMT as per our standard operating procedure.
Ensure all PPM, reactive and extra works are completed in line with contract SLAs, KPIs and contract requirements.
Oversee the management of all logbooks ( where they are used ) ensuring they are always up to date and compliant.
Ensure a sufficient AP and CP structure is in place.
To Manage the Permit Admin Team in relation to the day to day operation and people management
To Manage our self-delivery L8 Compliance Engineers in relation to the day to day operation and people management and development
Robust management of the Managed Fund and Quoted Work processes.
Constantly review processes to ensure operational excellence.
Proactively monitor KPI and SLA performance so that any issues are resolved.
Review and updating of Business Continuity Plans across the account.
Full ownership of audit process and inspections.
To complete relevant reports as directed by the Senior Account Management Team.
To comply with company UK’s Health, Safety and Wellbeing policies and procedures are always maintained.Person Specification
Pivotable technical management role within the contract.
Technically qualified, minimum HNC/HND, in appropriate engineering discipline.
Thorough technical knowledge, plus relevant working experience of asset management, delivery and maintenance of all building services including critical services.
Experience working in controlled and critical environments.
NEBOSH General Certificate or working towards.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of statutory regulations associated with all Building Services and Permits to Work systems.
An experienced operational and maintenance leader of business-critical service systems in a 24/7/365 environment.
Proven track record in managing diverse engineering and operational teams within a highly regulated environment.
Good working knowledge of SFG20.
CAFM management experience.
Demonstratable Electrical/Mechanical AP Status either current or recent.
Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis and process mapping.
Excellent Technical Report writing skills.
Experience carrying out technical investigations within critical environments.
Extensive FM industry experience is essential.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships both internal and externally to the contract.
Proactive and forward-thinking individual, constantly horizon scanning to ensure best standards are maintained
